How we're working to help keep you safe

Our secure website

To log in to fedexfreight.com, you’re required to use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption, which protects your personal and business data. This means that when you’re on our secure website, the sensitive data transferred between you and FedEx Freight is encrypted. All current-generation browsers support 128-bit encryption. To see if your browser is current, look for the closed padlock symbol and the “https” prefix in the URL address. If you don’t see them, you might need to upgrade your browser.

VeriSign Extended Validation (EV) certificates

FedEx Freight uses Extended Validation certificates from VeriSign to give you peace of mind. Browsers that support EV certificates display a lock icon in the URL field. This indicates that the site has undergone additional validation. Browsers without EV support will continue to function on fedexfreight.com, but will not display the lock icon.

Allow legitimate access

If you get an email from FedEx Freight and agree that the person named in the email should have the ability to use your account number, you don’t have to do anything. You can keep the email for reference or discard it.
