  • Incorrect debtor: An invoice billed to the wrong party
  • Reweigh review: A shipment was reweighed and the invoiced weight is in question
  • Guaranteed shipment: For shipments involving a requested guaranteed surcharge
  • Inspection review: Used when disputing a shipment inspection
  • Account/reference edits: For example, updates to your address, company name, or reference edit(s)
  • Documentation request: Documents you need to substantiate a charge (e.g., delivery receipt, Bill of Lading)
  • Other invoicing: Any other concern not listed above
